I have worked with Randstad before and both times have been great. This company employes phenomenal people and are willing to work with you, and try and get something close, if not more, from what you are asking. They take your time seriously.
I have had the absolute pleasure of being able to work with Jessica Jennings and she is an amazing employee of Randstad. She has worked hard, tirelessly, and never pushes you. She only provides options, and its your choice whether or not to pursue.
She listens to you and works with you which is a rare trait since I have worked with many other agencies and have never had the response time of jessica and randstad.
I highly recommend working with Randstad if your serious about new employeement and a better opportunity in your field.
If your looking for an accounting position I would ask for Jessica. -

I am not surprised to see that Randstad has such a low rating and such bad reviews. I have never had so many problems and issues with an employment agency before and I have worked with many. First they are always trying to push assignments onto me that are the exact opposite of everything I ask for.
Then I have had multiple issues getting paid on time or correctly. And multiple times once assignments ended and I need unemployment to keep me going until the next assignment they always fought me on it and stopped me from getting it! They also ignore my questions and emails. Now I refuse to work with them anymore and I have contacted the places they have placed me at for assignments to let them know since I always had a high reviews from them for the jobs I did. And they all said they would have me back. So I wanted them to know to contact me directly instead of going through Randstad!
And all of this after I did them a huge favor by going back to an assignment even though the drive was much farther than I said I wanted. But the place liked me and wanted me back for a 2nd time so I did this huge favor for Jessica Jennings of Randstad and in return she and them treated me like crap and screwed me over!! -

This place was terrible. Do not use this employment agency. I have worked with recruiters so much better than this. When I was looking for a position, they were the ones that reached out to me initially. They were looking to fill a low paying position and wanted to see if I was interested. I was willing to talk to them, but once I started talking, I regretted it. The recruiter (Auden Olsen) was rude to me. I had used this agency once several years earlier and had a good experience, so I was expecting more. Boy, did they go downhill. I ended up finding a job myself, unfortunately I am now in their database and they email me when they want something. I was going to let them know about my experience, but thought I would just write a review instead.

extremely unprofessional, and unorganized, they are not coordinated, they said they would send me emails with job details which they never did, they left voicemails with incomplete callback numbers. I highly recommend not dealing with this company. this is just a few of many instances where they demonstrated their incompetence. please avoid!!!

Not sure where to even start with this agency OMG and dreadful. Applied for position that meets my qualifications submitted an email to the recruiter plus followed up with a phone call. Haven't received a response from any of the recruiters listed on the available positions. This morning received an email from Tina advising me of a position available effective July 5,2017 and to choose which shift I would be available to work. In the email Tina did not provide the name of this so called company but provided hours and pay rate. Contacted Tina on regards to the position she explained the job and said I would be a perfect candidate. Tina explained the job is 30 mins from my location via car and an 1 hr 48mins via public transportation. Advised Tina would call her back once I investigate the information provided. Fast forward called back and spoke with Andrew briefly explained unable to accept the position is way to far. Andrew stated he will inform Tina my refusal to accept the available position before I could say another word Andrew hung up on me. Excuse me for not having access to a car and excuse me for not being able to start a job located in Morton Grove and you're offering a position where the bus stops running at 11p. This is a piss poor agency that needs better recruiters and receptionist.
